Commission can be paid online via net banking, debit card, or NEFT/RTGS as per auction notice. Only after successful payment, the bidder becomes eligible to place bids.
Yes. The auction notice specifies date and time for physical inspection. Interested bidders should visit the property site and satisfy themselves about title, encumbrances, and condition.
If the successful bidder does not pay the balance amount within the stipulated time, their Commission will be forfeited and the property may be re-auctioned.
After the auction ends, the valid bid is subject to approval by the competent authority. Once approved, a confirmation is sent to the winning bidderâs.
